Les targes de viatjant - de transeünt-  freqüent, son la pastanaga que les companyies d’aviació posen als que no tenen més remei que sovintejar els seus serveis. La promesa que algun dia podran fer un viatge de gratis és un regal estúpid, quan un el que desitja és passar setmanes o mesos sense haver de sortir de casa.

Quan hom viatge molt més del compte les targes ordinàries es transformen en plàstics de plata o fins i tot d’or. En aquest cas això ja dona dret a ocupar les sales VIP durant les esperes.

Les sales VIPS son el redós, aparentment confortable, dels executius. Llum agradable, butaques còmodes, diaris, begudes i snacks a dojo. Les sales VIPS son el mostrari de la golafreria dels humans quan el menjar és de franc.

Avui he tornat a patir el retard del meu vol i m’hi he tornat a refugiar. La sala era plena d’alemanys ben vestits i ben menjats. Xerren fort pel mòbil, alguns fumen i quasi tots beuen cervesa. Una parella de famosos també crida. Impossible pegar una becada. L’únic punt de connexió gratuïta a internet està permanentment copat i passades les sis la fresqueta de l’aire condicionat és neutralitzada pel calor del sol que entra pel finestral.

L’espera s’ha acabat a la sala comuna
